Mispillion KC Classes
Kennel Club has announced that its obedience class
registration will begin on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 6:30. The first night will be for
registration and dog evaluation your dog must attend the
registration the Milford Community Center at 105 N.E.
Front Street, Milford, Delaware.
The upcoming class will be a beginnersí obedience class consisting of basic obedience commands that are suitable for dogs of any age. The course will give owners a good start in training their puppies as well as covering all commands necessary for older dogs to complete the Canine Good Citizen title. The only age requirement is that puppies must be at least four months old to take this class.
Mispillion Kennel Club members will be on hand during registration to answer questions and evaluate the dogs that are being registered for this class. Bring your dog and up-to-date veterinary records for the registration. All dogs must have proof of a current rabies shot; a basic set of vaccines is also recommended. Registrations will be accepted until 7:30 PM. Dog training collars will be available for purchase. Mispillion Kennel Club reserves the right to reject any dog that shows aggressive tendencies.
Payment of $75 for each dog will be collected at the time of registration. Payment must be in cash or a check made payable to MKC, Inc. Sorry, no debit or credit cards are accepted.
The class will begin training on Thursday, September 28, 3017 at 6:30 PM at the Community Center. Do not feed your dog immediately before class. Exercise your dog before class. You will be responsible for clean up. These courses cannot be the "be all, end all" of training. As trainers you must plan to train your dogs every day for limited periods of time in order to see improvements each week.
All classes MKC Dog Training last for 6 weeks. We offer a wide range of canine training courses with experienced instructors that pay special focus and emphasis on building the long-term success of your relationship with your canine companion. All classes being offered are subject to change due to demand.
